— Helicopter Pilot Training – From Zero to Hero —

 

We are offering various services for major helicopter families with special highlight to MI-171. Our offering include many standard trainings as well as trainings customized to customer need in general or special areas.

 

 

Helicopter privat pilot licence – PPL(H)

Private Pilot License is the gateway to a new world, a world of challenges and  opportunities to start a successful new career in the world of aviation.

The PPL(H) permits the holder to act as the Pilot in Command of an aircraft privately.

 

 

 

Practical Training
Theoretical Training
Syllabus includes:

  • Pre-flight activities
  • Airport operations and air traffic management
  • Control of helicopter by external visual reference
  • Emergency procedures
  • Flying with basic flight instruments
  • Cross-country flying using visual reference
  • Compliance with air traffic services procedures
  • Communication procedures and phraseology
 

100 hours of theory in the following areas:

  • Air law
  • Meteorology
  • Operational Procedures
  • General Aircraft Knowledge
  • Human performance and limitations
  • Navigation
  • Flight Basics
  • Flight Planning and Execution
  • Radio Operation

 

 

Helicopter commercial pilot license – CPL(H)

The CPL(H) permits the holder to act as a pilot in command of a single pilot helicopter or as a co-pilot of multi-piloted helicopter during private and commercial flights.

Advanced Emergency Procedures training

This training focuses on precision flight skills, advanced emergency procedures and the fundamentals of instruction. Trains the pilot in advanced manoeuvres using:

  • Systems failure, Engine OUT in hover, in flight Skid Work
  • Vortex ring – ways  of recovery solution Full Crew Integration in Flight Operations
  • Advanced autorotation manoeuvres, full landing at a target in day or night  and Operational Needs
  • Landing with blocked pedals,  L, M, R
  • Tail rotor Off – in hover, in flight
  • Limited take off power
  • Engine failure during take-off up to 100 ft AGL

 

We can provide certificated simulators where the students can practice all basic, advanced or emergency procedures around the flying.

Whether you require any type of simulator training, our instructors are well qualified to assist you with customized training.

NVG Training

The use of NVGs require specific ground and flight training. Our NVG instructors are authorized to conduct this type of training.

Whether you require basic NVG training or advanced training for special operations, our instructor pilots are well qualified to assist you with customized training.

All Night Vision Training flight instructors have extensive NVG flight experience, a rarity in the training industry.

Upon successful completion of the training, the pilot will then gain the required NVG authorization. This authorization qualifies him/her as the Pilot in Command for NVG operations.
